We requested a promotional sample from the supplier for our company's use.They sent us children's size 130, adult size L, and 220G sizes. However, they mistakenly sent the adult size L sample with measurements too small compared to standard L sizes, both in length and chest circumference. Even after trying it on, it was smaller than our usual L size. We informed the supplier about this issue. Initially, they insisted that the L size was correct, even comparing it to the 220G size L they sent us, claiming it was a custom size for another customer. We found this suspicious and sent them photos comparing the measurements to various other L sizes we had at home. Only then did they admit that they had sent the wrong sample from the factory.However, the bigger problem is that despite our complaints, they did not take any action or contact us. I do not recommend this supplier to others."
